notes on the number seven

-based on the hebrew kabala, chaldean alphabet-

"The Number 7 vibrates to the planet Neptune. It represents spirituality, sensitivity, sympathy, and mystery. 7 is the number of illusions and delusion, sometimes deception--but also the number of healing and miracles...and faith. A person is influenced by the number 7 if born on the 7th, 16th or 25th day of any month any year.

7 people tend to have remarkable dreams. Sometimes they talk about them--and sometimes they keep them to themselves. But they do dream more than most. Secretly, they have an intense interest in esoteric mysteries, mythology, spacecraft or UFO's...and the entire forest of the unknown. They often possess the gifts of intuition and clairvoyance and they have a certain quieting, calming magnetism which has a great influence over others. Often, their mere presence has a soothing effect on a troubled person. It's not unusual for a 7 person to discover, found, or believe in a new religious concept.

Refined manners, an artistic temperament, and a sensitive nature make up the 7 essence, but don't let these people fool you with their sometimes taciturn nature...you'd be surprised if you knew all the strange thoughts that swim through their minds. You'll be facinated when you learn the secrets of their Neptunian world. But the 7 person must find you trustworthy before they will let you into the inner streams of their contemplation...and you'll have to earn that trust by proving you're not judgmental or prejudiced. 7 people are rarely either.

and for the person (bryan) in our group who is a 6: the number 6

The Number 6 vibrates to the planet Venus. It represents the feminine essence, compassion, and money. 6 is the number of love and romance. 6 people seem to magnetically attract others to them. They're genuinely loved by their friends and associates--and when they become attached themselves, they're devoted to the loved one. The 6 vibration brings a love of art and a deep affinity for music. These people love nice homes and tasteful furnishings, and harmony in their surroundings.

They love to entertain and to make people happy. They make friends easily.

Money comes to them without effort, sometimes through their own talents and abilities, and sometimes through inheritance or through wealthy friends or relatives. But they're warned to watch for a tendency toward the extremes of extravagance and stinginess.

The love of beauty of all kinds in every area of life is pronounced and they are attached to nature in some way and love spending time in the country. Their manners are impeccable and in their associations with others, they are usually polite. However, when they feel strongly about anything, they won't hesitate to make their opinions known. They're fond of discussing and debating politics and other matters, and they usually win, because of their logic...and irresistible smiles.

This is very interesting. One that the man in the group is the feminine vibration (no pun intended girls!). I think that's what I was hoping for in a male participant for our group and hope that if another guy joins us, he has a similar leading.

The second thing I was wondering about is something my friend Dessislava told me about 7 when her numerology for that year was 7. She said it was a hard year with a lot to work through and seemed very stressed by it. I'll have to see if I can find out her source of that info as it was new to me. Has anyone else heard this about 7?

having the number 7 as your number for the year is quite different than having it for a life number. or so i've been told. but i don't know anymore than that?

i wonder where we could find info on that... I found a book at the library called Postmodern Magic. I'll read it and report in...

Seven is the number of Mother Goddress, and also the number of the Universe, both temporal (4) and spiritual (3). J.C. Cooper, Encyclopedia of traditional Symbols.
Six, the most productive of all numbers. Six days of creation; meditation; intelligence. Six also signifies love; health; beauty; chance; luck. (same source)
I've read that the Heart number is different from the Life number.
(can't find my book on that)
I wonder if we have any common ground with either of those. (total sum of birthdate numbers)

I read years ago that by the end of a seven year period all the cells in your body have renewed. Every seven years you are, cellularly speaking, a new person.

I find it true in my own life that the years that are divisible by seven are the ones with the most change.

It gives one hope for losing wrinkles or the traces of debauchery. I wonder how this cellular renewal could relate to the notion of cellular memory discussed in the pastpresentfuture string.
